For over 33 years, William B. (Bill) Stringer has been providing commercial property sales and leasing services in Austin.

His creative and tenacious approach in solving clients' needs has resulted in a loyal customer base - Bill still serves his very first real estate customer.

In 1981, he and others founded a multi-faceted company offering real estate, architectural and construction services and Bill later started Ausvest Inc., to concentrate solely on real estate brokerage services.

Bill was raised in Orange, Texas, is a former U.S. Marine and is a graduate of Lamar University, with a B.S. in Marketing. He moved to Austin in 1973, to work with Neiman, Hanks & Puryear in commercial real estate brokerage, after working in management and financial analysis with Continental Oil and Continental Pipeline Companies.

ORGANIZATIONS
Bill is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the Central Texas Board of Realtors.

His local affiliations include the Real Estate Council of Austin, the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES) and the Rotary Club of Austin.

Bill's love for bay fishing along the Texas coast prompted him to help start a local chapter of Coastal Conservation Association and was named Trustee Emeritus of the State Board.
